200km cycling event starting from Clitheroe.. A gentle roll to Wharfedale to warm you up for the ascent of Park Rash, then descend Coverdale to Middleham and Wensleydale before crossing into Swaledale and Kirkby Stephen. Back via the Coal Road, Dentdale and Deepdale, Tatham Fell and Waddington Fell. Can also start at Barnoldswick, Grassington, Middleham, Kirkby Stephen or Ingleton.
