Subject to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, the following constitutes the rules (the "Regulations") governing the conduct of officials and Members of Audax United Kingdom Long Distance Cyclists' Association (the "Company"). Where there is any conflict between these Regulations and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, the Memorandum and Articles of Association shall take precedence.
 

1. Application of Regulations

The Regulations will govern the administration and system of AUK events. The Regulations may only be changed at a General Meeting of the Company.
 

2. Affiliations

2.1 The Company shall associate with Audax Club Parisien (ACP).

2.2 The Company shall associate with Les Randonneurs Mondiaux (LRM) and shall represent LRM in the UK.

2.3 The Company shall affiliate to the Cyclists' Touring Club (CTC) and other organisations as appropriate.
 

3. Honorary officials AUK may have a Patron, a President d'Honneur and up to 6 Vice Presidents elected to such posts to honour long and distinguished service to AUK and its objects.
