Audax UK is a private company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital.

The principal objects for which the Company is incorporated are:

to encourage, promote, develop and control the sport and pastime of noncompetitive long distance cycling in all its forms amongst all sections of the community in the United Kingdom and throughout the world
to support and encourage all forms of cycling which benefit the physical and mental well-being of the community
to support and protect the interests of the Company’s members, by all such lawful means as the duly appointed committee of the Company may from time to time think fit
where appropriate, to join, affiliate to, make donations to and/or guarantee the obligations of any person, charity or sporting body which further the objects of the Company
