On the B5085 towards Knutsford,
left after Chaplins Coffee Shop onto Warford Lane.
Immediately right onto Noah's Ark Lane.
Right and left at T-junctions and continue to Ollerton.
Here over the A537 onto Severn Sisters Lane.
Right and left over the A50 onto the B5081.
Through Lower Peover.
In Swan Green, by the Crown Inn, right.
Here you pass the Village Shop, open long hours, 7 days.
In Lach Dennis, right at T-junction onto the B5082.
At the far end of the village, left onto Crowders Lane.
Over the A530, past the fishing ponds, to Davenham.
Left at X-roads.
Past Fountain Lane, right onto Jack Lane, B5336.
First exit at mini-roundabout then right on Niddries Lane.
Follow through the housing the road bends right,
to become an unsealed track.
Immediately left on stoney track signed Vale Royal River Park,
through 2 tunnels.
Over the canal to rejoin tarmac.
Right at T-junction to Whitegate.
Here Left at T.
Over X-roads onto Clay Lane and follow over the Whitegate Way.
Over the A54.
Right at T past Oulton Park and the Mill Pool.
Left at T through Eaton.
Over traffic lights onto A49.
Descend to the Shropshire Union Canal.
The Lock Gate Cafe is left before the railway bridge.
