I have had problems with numb and tingling hands for some years now, but just lately it seems to be getting worse, even to the extent that after a nine-mile trip to work on my full-suspension mountain bike, wearing Shock-Tek cycling gloves specially made to relieve pressure on the median nerve, I still end up with numb and painful hands.
I have tried most things over the years - handlebar padding, altering my position on the bike, raising and lowering saddles/ bars, etc., but nothing seems to do the trick. If anyone has any information on this, I would be glad to hear from them, either through the columns of Arrivee, or via private communication.
