The next page guides you through the rest of the process. The enrolment and annual membership fees are currently £5 and £14, making a total of £19 payable, up to 31st December 2008, or £61 for a commuted 5-year membership. Please make cheques payable to Audax UK Your membership pack including Membership Number and Password will be returned to you by post.
