Way of the Worlds 100k

100km cycling event starting from Otley. Controls at Pateley Bridge and Ripon, plus 1 information control.

A hilly start, climbing straight out of Otley to Blubberhouses and Pateley Bridge, with fantastic views in the first couple of miles. At Pateley Bridge pick up up the Worlds' route along the valley to Lofthouse and take on the 'Cote de Lofthouse', aka Trapping Hill, where Annemiek Van Vleuten made her race-winning break. Head to Ripon through quiet lanes before the return to Otley, finishing with the descent of Norwood Edge. Tea & toast at the sign-on and food at the finish.
