Charnwood in the Spring

103km cycling event starting from Trowell, Nottingham. Controls at MOUNTSORREL and EAST LEAKE, plus 2 information controls.

ALL PROFITS WILL BE DONATED TO LINCS AND NOTTS AIR AMBULANCE. Rural ride; mostly country lanes. Cafe stops at Stonehurst Farm, Mountsorrel & Chefs Cafe East Leake plus free refreshments at the start/finish.

If entering by post only and you wish to have a route sheet posted to you one SAE envelope is required. If you provide an email address we will email a route sheet, gpx track and joining instructions in the week before the event. We will be doing Audax UK Validation on the day so there is no need to provide an envelope for the return of your Brevet card. ROLLING START 08.30-09.15 A limited number of entries on the line may be available (2 extra) if Brevet cards are available. The closing date is 15th April or earlier if the maximum of 200 entries is reached. Provisional route sheet and GPX tracks can be downloaded below. However, please check the e-mail you will receive or this page the week before the event for the final information.
