200km cycling event starting from Cycle Training Wales, Cardiff. Controls at Newport Transporter Bridge, Nags Head Inn Usk, Llangorse Lake Cafe and Welsh Rarebit Centre, Defynnog, plus 3 information controls.

A tour of South Wales taking in Newport's historic Transporter Bridge, Llangorse Lake, fine views of the Brecon Beacons, the classic climb of the Devil's Elbow with a flat run back to the finish.

Through Wentloog Levels to Newport, over the Transporter Bridge. Follow the River Usk to Llangynidr, then over to Llangorse Lake, on to Sennybridge then over the Devil's Elbow and down the Cynon and Taff valleys to the finish. Cafes at Usk (58k), Llangorse Lake (102k), Defynnog (131k). Refreshments at start and finish
