The Fairies Half Crown
106km cycling event starting from Ulcombe, Kent. Controls at Wye, Sellindge and Rolvenden, plus 1 information control. Starting in the heart of Kent, this route heads into the Kent Downs AONB followed by the High Weald AONB. Despite the High Weald name this is a pretty and not too hilly route that that any club rider could aspire to.
After visiting the pretty village control at Wye - famous for its crown carved into the chalk of the North Downs - the route continues to a second manned control at Airport Café near Sellindge then World of Water by Rolvenden. At all three controls there is plenty of scope to fill your water bottle and stomach. No entries on the day.
