110km cycling event starting from Llandrindod. Controls at Tregaron and Elan Village, plus 1 information control. A scenic ride out to Tregaron via The Devil's Staircase, and returning via the Tregaron mountain road and Elan Village.
Spend a day challenging yourself on a constantly changing route. Starting from the victorian spa town of Llandrindod, you head weston a rolling road to Abergwesyn and the Devil's Staircase. You have a choice of controls in Tregaron. The return is via the Tregaron mountain road and along the edge of Claewen reservoir. The surface along this road isnt really suitable for narrow road-race tyres, will require you to will need to consider 28 or 35 mm tyres for the ride. Once yoy have returned to the Elan Valley, there is a control at Elan Village, no doubt some will also welcome the chance to grab a snack or suchlike for tbe last few kilometers back to the arrivee
