This is not a tour 200 E
208km cycling event starting from Llandrindod. Controls at Llandovery and New Quay, plus 2 information controls. A simple rolling 200, partly based on the central section of various Brevet Cymru routes. Controls kept to a minimum thus minimising time losses. Some rough tracks. ALL PROCEDES GOING TO NOMINATED CHARITIES
Leaving Llandrindod the ride heads through Builth and crosses from the Wye valley to the Usk valley down to control at the West End Café Landovery. The route then continues to roll through Lampeter, and numerous villages and Hamlets before dropping down to the coast at New Quay (The Mariners). The return initially follows a retrace, then cuts across country passing through Tregaron, Ffair Rhos and following the Mountain track back to the Elan Valley. There's the option of a café at Elan village, there then follows a few kilometres of lanes before leaving the Wye valley and returning to Llandrindod.
