Ed Blackthorn's Son.

151km cycling event starting from Tewkesbury. Controls at Wichenford and Much Marcle, plus 4 information controls.

New for 2017. For those that have been gaining confidence on 100km rides during the summer, push yourself a little further before trying a 200km ride. Late summer chosen, so riding conditions should be fair.

A varied route starting from the small market town of Tewkesbury. The ride features many fine views and vistas, pretty country lanes used for the majority of the time spent cycling though two of the most rural counties in England. Good controls along the ride, the first at The Cobhouse Country Park cafe in Wichenford, the second at Weston's Cider Farm Tearooms. Each offer a wide range of refreshments both hot and cold. Instant validation available for this ride, so riders that complete successfully leave with their validated brevet card. Comprehensive event and local facilities provided, these will be sent to the email you have registered with AUK. In the case of temporary members, it will be whatever you supply on the entry form.
