207km cycling event starting from Kendal, Cumbria. Controls at Newton Rigg (Penrith), Cockermouth and Santon Bridge, plus 1 information control.

A new anti-clockwise tour round the Lake District with spectacular views of the Lakes and Fells while avoiding all major passes.

Start at Kendal Rugby Club with free parking, tea and toilets. Enjoy a quiet morning ride to Penrith, then cross the Northern fells to Cockermouth. Skirting the Western fells in the afternoon leads into the beautiful Duddon Valley to finish with a gentle loop round the Cartmel peninsula. Cafes at Penrith, Cockermouth, Ennerdale Bridge Santon Bridge, Broughton in Furness and Grange over Sands. Food at finish.
