but the route will not change as it has been committed to print.

All entrants will be supplied with a print copy of the Route.

The LEL route uses minor roads where possible, which, in Britain, are not numbered.
We are not permitted to erect signs or mark the road surface.
Therefore a routesheet, or cuesheet, describing the route is given to each rider.
It gives instructions on where to turn, eg 2nd left, how far to the next instruction, and what kind of road to expect, eg minor road.
