(200 miles = 322 kilometres).

Start at 06:00 (or you can start later if you're feeling confident) - the finish cut-off time will be 04:22 the next morning.
Sunset is about 21:15 so only the quickest riders can rely on getting round in daylight - everyone should carry lights.
